A Tale of Two Selves: My Struggle with Mental Health

Here’s a real-life struggle story about mental health:

John was a successful businessman, living the life that many people dream of. He had a loving family, a beautiful home, and a thriving career. But despite all of his success, John was struggling. He often felt overwhelmed and anxious, and he couldn’t shake the feeling that something was wrong.
